When will my order be shipped?
All bean orders are shipped fresh within 1-14 days. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. For domestic orders, the shipping transit time is 1-5 business days based on your location. For international orders, the shipping transit time is 6-21 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number when we fulfill and ship your order.
All orders that do not include coffee ship within 1-2 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is based on your location, and is calculated at checkout.
For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 30 days of shipment date accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition. Please contact email@example.com for all order and return inquiries. Concourse Coffee will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication. Return inquiries must be made within 5 business days of order receipt. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue.
Shipping is non-refundable.
Coffee is non-returnable.
How do I track my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
Can I pick my order up in store?
We do not offer in store pick up for online orders at this time.
